I am not the one to write often and even less at attempting to script a witty post, but I have a confession.
It is a given that I am very much interested in fashion. Yet, I am not the kind to easily give up 30minute of my morning slumber to prepare my face for the office crowd. I do, however, spend a little more than I should on weekends for shopping dates. Ironic isn’t it? When I should really be doing the reverse. Dress up on the weekday and chill on the weekend.
Getting a little off topic am i? Yes, I was going to confess about my obsession on shoes.
Shoes can be described as the modern day corset for the feet. The difference is, corset was not really meant to be worn by women who actually need to function in them. Both worn to emphasize women’s sexuality
I am over simplifying things, really. I have yet to read an article or book in regards to shoes but it will be on my list fairly soon!
I am blabbing again. What I really meant to say is shoes are usually described as “sex on heels” but that doesn’t really resonate with me. I rather call them “love-making on heels” because they are not just a form of procreation but sweet and enduring experience.
I would like to take this chance to share my love for Chie Mihara and Anthropologie’s selection of shoes.
